Established in 1995 as a rewind facility, Niacc-Avitech Technologies, a HEICO Company, quickly became recognized for its ability to assist OEMs in design stages of new products. Today, Niacc not only conducts rewinds on existing AC & DC stators, rotors, solenoids and transformers but also acts as a subcontractor to OEMs and Engineering firms in the manufacture of new production units, utilizing both round and rectangular wire.

Equipped with full Vacuum Impregnation & Fluidizing capability, Niacc also has the ability to build lamination stacks in our OEM approved stacking room.

Niacc’s machining capability to support this includes several types of welding, lathe, mill, hone and grinding operations, a plating line to restore worn bearing shaft journals & liners and state-of-the-art balancing.
