Method:

Material Analysis

The components are analyzed for chemistry, hardness, surface modification, grain size and flow, heat treatment, etc.

Metrology

Measurements are taken using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and Optical Comparators.

Final Drawing

Final Drawings are provided to our customers for review and approval.
