HEICO Airfoils

Airfoils Business Unit manufactures and delivers compressor airfoils for two of the world’s most popular engines; CFM56 and CF6. Our compressor airfoils have logged more than 20.000 hours flying with some of the world’s largest airlines. Airfoils Business Unit has years of product development and production and provides the latest in testing and manufacturing technology to our customers. We currently have PMA’s on 99 compressor airfoil part numbers, each produced in our manufacturing facility to the highest quality standards. Our mission is to provide our customers with a cost effective airfoil, containing excellent reliability, quality and on-time delivery by energized, engaged and valued employees.

HEICO Parts Repair

ATI Incorporated was formed over two decades ago and continues today to provide high quality engine piece part repair & overhaul services to large commercial, regional, military & IGT gas turbine engine operators around the globe. Our services include real time x-ray, CMM inspection, welding, brazing, Thermal barrier and HVOF coatings. We specialize in repair services from fan through to exhaust and in particular we excel in hot section parts and structural casings. We continue to reduce repair & overhaul costs through the use of extended DER repair solutions and have the ability to manufacture repair details in-house using our patented HEICO PMA processes and procedures. This allows us to optimize the repair solutions available and provide additional savings to our customers in reducing the need to scrap parts.

ATI Incorporated utilizes the principles and concepts employed by Lean Sigma in its every day working and continually reviews and improves its processes to facilitate shorter lead times, higher quality and flexibility for our customer needs.

For years, HEICO has offered Unit Exchange programs on Jet Engine Turbine Airseals. In order to meet customers' differing needs, HEICO is now bringing these flexible Total Part Support ™ Programs to other piece-parts. Under these programs, the customer sends all as-removed non-serviceable parts to HEICO, and in return, HEICO sends serviceable exchange parts in the form of repaired OEM, repaired HEICO PMA, and new HEICO PMA. Customers under these programs need only to accept HEICO FAA approved parts and HEICO FAA approved DER repairs, many of which are already in use by the world's leading airlines.
