 HEICO’s Flight Support group is comprised of the following segments:
HEICO Aerospace’s Parts group is the world’s largest independent supplier of FAA-Approved engine and component parts, holding over 6,000 PMAs and producing more than 500 new, highly engineered, parts each year. The HEICO laboratory, headquartered in Hollywood, FL contains state of the art equipment unrivaled in the PMA Industry. The Parts group offers products for almost every engine platform and most ATA Chapters ranging from nuts/bolts, combustors and rotating airfoils, to fuel pump gears, bronze bearings, interiors, IFE and composite parts, and delivers over 3 million parts per year to the world’s major operators.
HEICO Aerospace’s Component Repair group offers extensive OEM and DER repairs for the large commercial and regional aircraft components and structures. The Repair group services composites, reversers, flight controls, and electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and fuel components. The Repair group also services avionics and wheels and brakes. In 2006, HEICO Component Repair group acquired Prime Air LLC to provide HEICO Repair with a competitive edge in being able to assist their customers with exchanges, rotables, and contract management support.
HEICO Aerospace’s Distribution group, through its Seal Dynamics LLC subsidiary, is a leading provider of FAA-Approved component parts as well as a leading distributor for OEM replacement parts. HEICO Distribution supports the global airline and MRO industry through its extensive sales and engineering network as well as its stocking facilities in New York, London and Singapore. Seal Dynamics provides on-site support, custom designed, customer specific order fulfillment programs and long term agreements. Seal Dynamics is also a member of the Boeing Integrated Materials Management Program (IMM). Seal Dynamics stocks over 50,000 parts to support all aircraft and engine platforms.
