Unit Exchange
For years, HEICO has offered Unit Exchange
programs on Jet Engine Turbine Airseals through McClain International, one of
its subsidiaries. Another HEICO subsidiary, Aircraft Technology Inc, has also
been offering piece-part repairs on Jet Engine Combustion Components that yield
100% (no scrap).
In order to meet customers' differing needs, HEICO is now bringing these
flexible Total Part Support ™ Programs to other piece-parts. Under these
programs, the customer sends all as-removed non-serviceable parts to HEICO, and
in return, HEICO sends serviceable exchange parts in the form of repaired OEM,
repaired HEICO PMA, and new HEICO PMA. Customers under these programs need only
to accept HEICO FAA approved parts and HEICO FAA approved DER repairs, many of
which are already in use by the world's leading airlines.
Fast turn-around times, exchange pools and competitive
pricing are available and HEICO can customize programs to meet customers'

Repair & Overhaul
HEICO's Component Repair Group has DERs on staff with over 500
proprietary HEICO repairs. The Repair Group has extensive capabilities and
expertise in the following areas:
Acessories
Electro-mechanical (starters, CSDs, IDGs, generators), pneumatic (valves,
ACMs), hydraulic (gear boxes, pumps, actuators), fuel (control units, pumps,
valves), and wheels and brakes accessories.
Composites
Both products (flight controls, radomes, thrust reversers nacelles, etc.) and
services (on-site DER, Transmissivity Test Range, In-house Tooling,
Non-Destructive Analysis) are available.
Avionics
Inertial navigation and referential units, aircraft radios, instruments,
autopilots, gyroscopes.
Regional & Business
Aside from offering a variety of electric, hydraulic,and pneumatic products,
HEICO's Repair Group has extensive CRJ and ERJ capabilties and is an Embraer
Authorized Service Center (Future Aviation, located in Florida).
