HEICO Corporation operates in two segments, the Flight Support Group (FSG) and the Electronic Technologies Group (ETG). The Flight Support Group designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs, distributes and overhauls FAA-approved jet engine and aircraft component replacement parts and systems. The Flight Support Group is 20% owned by Lufthansa Technik, the largest provider of aircraft maintenance and repair services in the world. The Electronic Technologies Group produces electrical and electro-optical systems and components serving niche segments of the aerospace, defense, communications, and computer industries.
